Every year, the Millerntor stadium in Hamburg becomes an open platform for dialogue, exchange, art, music and culture. We want to show you that!
On the guided tour through the exhibition led by the Millerntor Gallery guiding team, you will learn more about the artists behind the pictures, murals, graffiti and sculptures that are presented in the various stands and corridors. The tour lasts around 1.5 hours, after which you can discover the numerous cultural offerings, take part in hands-on activities, listen to the concerts and perhaps buy your favourite work of art. The ticket is valid for the whole evening.
The social art, music and culture festival for clean drinking water was initiated by Viva con Agua and FC St. Pauli and is organised by Viva con Agua ARTS. With the motto ART CREATES WATER, they transform art into attention and donations for community-strengthening water projects worldwide, such as in Uganda and South Africa. Through an interactive programme, the almost 17,000 visitors can become active participants in social change processes.

All participants must buy a day ticket in the ticket shop. The tour itself is free of charge.

Sign up nowWe will not be meeting at the Design Zentrum, but directly at the Millerntor Stadium in St. Pauli. Entrance via Nordplatz (Feldstraße). Our meeting point is at the entrance, in front of the sponsorship wall.
Registration involves two steps: On our page, you register for the Design Visit, free of charge. Additionally, you purchase a day ticket for Thursday, July 10 (19 EUR) in the Millerntor Gallery online shop.
Please note: Our capacity is limited and registration is binding. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration so that someone else can take your place.
For our Design Visits, we visit exciting places, exhibitions, production facilities and craft businesses for designers in Hamburg, such as print shops, textile and fashion productions, joineries, metalworking and recycling companies as well as trade fairs and museums.
The excursions give you exciting insights into the institutions, workshops, manufacturing techniques and production processes and can inspire you to realise future projects and make new contacts.
Previous excursions have included the Made fashion and textile production centre in Veddel, the Nordstil trade fair and the Museum für Kunst & Gewerbe (MK&G).
