Tara Bosenick has been a UX specialist since 1999 and helped build the German UX industry from the agency side. With her many years of experience in developing and systematizing UX methods, she brings the perfect understanding to methodically evaluate and develop AI tools. She understands the challenges of real-world UX work and knows where AI can truly help—and where it cannot. She works at the cooperatively organized company uintent GmbH in Hamburg.
Thorsten Jonas is an expert and advocate for digital sustainability, sustainable design, and the responsible use of AI. He is the founder of the non-profit, global initiative SUX Network and the SUX Academy, an international keynote speaker, an invited expert at the W3C for Web Sustainability, co-author of the books “User Experience Design and Sustainability” and “Usability for the World: Building Better Cities and Communities,” and host of the SUX Podcast.
Viviane Harder is a designer based in Hamburg specializing in digital content and applications. Her work lies at the intersection of branding, UI, and UX design, with a particular focus on accessibility and inclusive design. Since 2025, Viviane has been Senior Digital Designer and Team Lead at Sherpa Design in Hamburg, where she has played a key role in establishing the Digital Design department and leads the “AI Task Force.”
