Focus on young talents: Every year, we present the twenty best design theses of the year.

What are the next generation of designers in Hamburg interested in? Every year, we invite lecturers from all Hamburg design degree programmes to submit the best final projects from their classes. We present the 20 best works from the year 2025 at the Design Zentrum Hamburg in March and invite students, lecturers and design enthusiasts to exchange ideas.
From communication design to product and fashion design: 20 out of 25 brings together outstanding work from a wide range of disciplines. With their designs, the young designers address social issues of our time - whether artificial intelligence, identity issues, consumption, crises or social practices. On display are physical and digital objects, spatial installations, textiles, audiovisual works, print products and much more.
The graduates have studied at the Akademie JAK, Akademie Mode & Design (AMD), Brand University of Applied Sciences, Design Factory International (DFI), HAW Hamburg, Hochschule für bildende Künste (HFBK), Kunstschule Wandsbek and University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE).
The exhibition is open daily from 20 - 29 March from 2 - 7 pm.
